I am unable to make all calls as advertised as they restrict certain calls to chat lines and such.

I would not recommend this product due to poor customer service and no legitimate way to submit feedback or complaints. They decide what is free or not. I also did not realize that only the first year is free. You have to pay for the second year and thereafter. Also international calls require an additional fee as well.
