When asked to put $16 on a separate card, she hesitated and seemed annoyed by it. I couldn't remember the P.I.N. To the new card and she kept making derogatory remarks like, "Oh really, you can't remember the pin." I replied, "I have several accounts with several P.I.N.'s and this is a new card." Her reply, "oh God, i'm not even gonna comment, how can you... Uhhhhgggghhh!."
I don't come to the store to be harassed by an employee! I would not have even HIRED anyone with such mannerisms and assumptive attitude! There are much more deserving people out there that have respect and moral attitude than that. I want to follow up on this matter very soon.
