On February 27th I called the number provided in the TV ad and my nightmare began... Very confusing call with them wanting you to buy a hundred different products... I made sure as well as I could to make sure I ordered ONLY the 'buy 1 get 1 free' Large print keyboard. Finally, I was told my order was processed but then they were going to connect me with some Cruise line! At that point I hung up, after being on the phone for over a half hour! I did put this on a credit card so I could watch for the pending charge. It finally showed up March 1st and when I saw the charge, I immediately looked into filing a dispute. I have to wait until Monday to call EZEyes to dispute the extra keyboard and shipping, and have decided to get the power of my credit card company behind me if they give me any you know what! I have printed up the EZEyes order summary along with their customer service info. I will NEVER do this again...
