Letter stating that if I send them $20 for handling fees in this envelope along with the bottom portion of the letter that I would receive a prize of $2,536, 092.23. This letter was from Las Vegas, Nevada (postal permit 2306) but the money was to be mailed to P O Box 527800 Miami, Florida 33152-9962 (postal permit 24693). They want either a personal check or an bank transfer so they can get access to my checking account then they will be able to transfer the award after they get the fee. I know that you do not have to pay for a cash prize you only have to pay the state and federal taxes. I did not send them anything except for the letter in the envelope that they sent to me so they will have to pay for it.
