I recieved a taxable w-2 form showing i had made 15.77. First of all i dont live in the state that it shows taxes to; second i dont work, this could mess up my income. This company has my ssa number. I never recieved a settlement of any kind. This company is a scam. Please be responsible enough to report to the bbb.com for everyones protection
