Debit card payment taken and i only have a cash card. I receive £90 a week and have 3children who now have to suffer. The company refused to refund me as i made an application in april of wich i did not do as after the loss of my mum and still cant afford to even pay 4 her funeral. The company told me i was a member so i thought id try and log in to the account im suppose to have.
The login is ur email addy and i clicked forgot password so they would send it to me. As i waited for a reply. The reply was email address not found on our data base. My bank has just told me they cant do anything to stop it happening again.
