Took my money and now took my E-bike. Dec. 10 ordered EW1400 from the www.electricwheelstore.com. Dec. 22 received order, First day I checked the battery turn off automatically after 1 minute. The company told me no return, no refund, only send battery to check. Jan. 19 received battery fixed back (long time fixed). Getting worse. Company said send bike back to check again (I paid shipping over $ 225). Mar, 03.2012 still not get my bike back (3 months).
- No pick up phone - No return call - No good service at all - Lied to me, said done tomorrow 10 times. Last said done and gave me the FAKE FedEx tracking number.
