Kept popping up on my daughters brand new computer that was a Christmas gift. It said to renew anti - virus and it wouldn't let her on the internet. I thought it was McAfee so I bought it. Her laptop crashed and I had to have the whole operating system put back in. Paypal won, t help me to get my money back. They want documentation which I don't have. All I have is the receipt through paypal!
