In checking my bank statement I noticed an $11.99 charge from FYE BSP VIP??? I realize I did see this charge last month as well, and put it on the back burner... Today when I saw it again, I decided to look into it. I did shop in the FYE store in the Viewmont Mall in Dickson City, PA around Christmas time - I was asked about joining some program and I clearly said "NO". I don't know what happened, I do know that I NEVER authorized any type of payment, never signed anything. I just made my purchase using my debit card and left the store. I called my bank and was told I need to do an ACH revocation and that I'd have to pay $28??? This is bogus and I will pursue legal action if necessary.
