Following an e-mail offer for an Free risk free trial of Professional Windows Solutions from PC Knowledge for seniors I requested a copy and as the offer had no specific monetary value but did not spot the fact that I was in fact signing up to a subscription and that I had 30 days to cancel if I was not satisfied with the product received! Today the 29-02-12 I received an invoice for the payment of £49.86 from Agora Publication's who I phoned and asked what the charge was all about and told them that I was refusing to pay and to cancel both my subscription to PC knowledge to seniors and also the so called free subscription to windows solutions which they accepted.
