Purchased 'free samples' of skincare products from Perfect Radiance paying only P & P. That was beginning of Jan. Samples were strangely very ample.
Saw bank statement today and noticed two direct debits... 8 th and 9th feb for £19.97 then £60.02. To Creamcareskin.com. I was wholly unaware of this company and and had no idea so looked them up on the internet and arrived here. Realise I have been scammed too.
I am clueless as to what I, we, you can do legally. Can anybody advice. I am gutted.
