Phone call claimed to be able to lower my interest rates with my creditors. Claimed to be able to negotiate with them for lower interest due to my standing with credit and having made my payments in face of amount of debt. NO mention was made of doing it on my own or that their method to assist was by sending you CD's! Then, when you get the FEDEX'd package, right on the forms included, it states that Key One does NOT negotiate on your behalf or take action for you directly, but will "educate you" and show YOU the best way to approach your creditors! Liars! Complete misrepresentation.
