I began corresponding with Eric Perrera back in September. I can go on and on about the assurances I received regarding UGS and he even agreed to amend their standard agreement to allow me to terminate the agreement and receive a refund should I not be satisfied. Names at UGS associated with this agreement are Alex Johnson, Greg Paramore, Devon Pensdergraf. I executed the agreement in October and sent in my two payment installments over the next 60 days. All the personal financial documents they requested were submitted timely to a Mckenzie Phillips, a name that I see is in other complaints. On January 13 I received a voice mail from G. Paramore. I returned the call timely. Since that date I have called all of the above named UGS employees/representatives and have received no returned calls and now only receive a busy signal and can no longer even leave a voice mail message. I have also sent email messages but again I have received no return response. My last attempt was to call the generic UGS phone number on February 17 stating the many people I have been trying to reach and requested a return phone call. To date I have received no return call. I can't believe I was so desperate that I fell for this scam. I am unemployed for the first time in my life and just wanted relief via an improved mortgage interest rate that UGS assured me would occur. If it sounds too good to be true... It is!!
