Failure To Pay Independent Contractor for Work Completed Internet

I worked a Hallmark event for her as a Brand Ambassador on Dec 24 at a CVS in CT as an independent contractor. The event was verified with CVS store stamp, manager signature and event photos as indicated in her instructions.

I DID NOT receive payment for this 4 hour event. Her reason being that she called the store and could not get in touch with me. I never received word of her call but regardless my attendance was recorded with the store stamp and dated photos.

Be wary of accepting Independent Contractor assignments with Lynne C and Company as payment is at her discretion regardless of a paperwork trail.
