I had an appointment at Aspen Dental, in Zephyrhills, Fl, in the beginning of Feb. I was the first one there - signed in at 9:00AM. I was totally ignored, until finally, at 9:30 I walked out.
Several people did walk in after me and were seen immediately. They didn't even sit down to wait. They were taken right back. I have Careington Care 500 Plan, which is has the best rates in Florida for Dental Plans. I can only assume they weren't interested in having me as a patient because they weren't going to make as much money as they wanted by accepting my dental plan. If they don't like Careington Care, they shouldn't accept it at all.
They are a bunch of rude, arogant people. I went to Coast Dental, who told me they get a lot of Aspen Dental patients because of their rudeness and unprofessionalism. I complained to the BBB who said they couldn't handle my complaint. It has become pointless to file any complaint with the BBB, since they take pay-offs from companies to drop complaints. They tell the consumer there's nothing they can do for them and they close the complaint as being resolved, when it doesn't even come close to being resolved. The only resolution is the money BBB gets from the companies that have complaints against them. I did file a complaint with the ADA.
Aspen Dental just plain stinks. I want $5.00 for gas money and the ink I used printing out their papers that I turned in when I entered.
