I applied for a free sample which was sent in december and have since had 79 pounds removed from my account i contacted my bank to cancell the direct debit and have been informed they are not able to stop this despite my instructions does this mean I have to continue paying for a product I do not want? And for how long? THE REST OF MY LIFE! It is ridiculous that they are getting away with scams like this and it must be stopped.
