My daughter ordered for me a free sample of face cream and gave my card details for 2.97 British pounds postal charge, which was taken from my account on 03.01.2012. Recently I noticed, that my account was charged for 74.95 pounds by the same company on 25.01.2012 and on top of it for 51.00 pounds on 30.01.2012.
When my daughter ordered the free sample, she was informed that she needs to cancel the future orders. She tried to call, but the number does not respond. She sent the e-mail. No reply.
