This is the second time this company borrowed money from my bank account without my authorization. The first time, I closed the account, I thoght it wouldn't happened again but, yes!!! It happened again and this time, they borrowed my husband's money!!! Because I opened an account with him. This company offers you commercial discounts in products, but I never filled an application with them, never access their web site, because I was looking for a personal loan and, somehow, they stoled my information and also my money! The worst thing is that when I called customer service, the person that answers said that all of the representatives are currently busy, asked me to leave a message so they return my call, but they never did! I report it to the FBI and the bank is making an investigation. The first time, they returned the money, but I had to wait more than 30 days! And is not fair, because if they don't wait to get the money, why do I have to wait so long for them to return it? Please be aware, their web page is www.supportpmcmembership.com. The Federal authorities must do something, aply the Law because this is fraud so that company stop doing this. Ah! Before I forgot, when I enter their web page to see what is this about, they just not only charge what they call "an intial membership" fee of 99.49, but they charge you monthly with 14.00 dollars so, where are the discounts they said they offer? And, worst of all, I live in Puerto Rico which is not a State, so they don't service here and they know it because my bank account belongs to a bank in PR.
