Bought 3 trial creams - serum, moisturiser and eye cream and then got charged on 3 seperate occasions a few weeks later for £79.99, £74.95 and £51.00! This is disgusting! How are we supposed to get our money back?! I wouldn't even spend more than £10 on face cream, nevermind over £200! Someone please help us get refunded and get these scumbags put in jail.
