I have written Con Agra Foods on more than one occation inquiring if the canned products contain BPA plastic in their can liners. Their responce is that they 'believe it is safe'. Many products 'believed to be safe' have been recalled after years of serious illness and death result.

I have pointed out to Con Agra that several studies exist, which indicate there may be serious problems resulting from the use of BPA plastics in can liners. I will error on the side of caution and not use any Con Agra canned products.

My concern is for the millions, unaware of this, who may be dammaged.

Will my request, and DATED concern, be admissible in a class action law suit if/when dammages are acknowledged
