I noticed my cellphone bill was higher than it shold have been and upon inspection of my bill saw that I had been charged $10.09 for a Premium Service by Bune LLC. I have never signed up to anything from my cellphone and told AT&T such (and in the meantime I have received no service that I am aware of), and they credited my account, saying that simply by opening a text message I could have inadvertently signed up to this service. This does not make any sense... Am I expected to just not open any text that comes from a number I do not have in my contact list?! AT&T claim no responsibility for this but that is outrageous, as they should have all numbers associated with Bune LLC blocked, unless there is some sort of business agreement between the two which seems most likely. I know from past experience that AT&T are NOT A TRUSTWORTHY COMPANY and I will be cancelling my contract as soon as it ends in April.
