Placed order for free sample on 02/02. Goods still not received 23/02. Contacted by telephone. Told because i had not cancelled, they have taken this money on my credit card. I explained i had not received the product, so how could i cancel and therefore now wanted to cancel and a refund. The young lady said, after offering me a reduced monthly rate!!! She would e mail confirmation of cancellation and refund. I have put a block on my credit card. The credit card company are well aware of this company and have received lots of complaints. Surely this is fraud on a major scale!!! What can be done?
