He preys on vulnerable girls/also ones who have terminally ill children

To All Girls Who Fell For This Guy LIke I Did:

His name is Richard Mark, I met him on single parent. Meet. He is so sweet, and gorgeous. He has a precious daughter named Jessica (Jess). When he contacted me, he asked me for my email address so it would be easier to contact eachother since he just got invited to an annual arts exhibition in Lagos, West Africa. He also wanted me to chat with him on the yahoo messenger. He can never talk on the phone since the distance made it too static. He also gave me the hotel phone number where he was staying, and it was shut off. He promised me we'd all be together as a happy family, and me having a special needs terminally ill son believed him, cause I never thought anybody would be so mean as to scam a person with a sick, dying child. He emailed me daily.

I didn't hear from him for 2 days, and then got an email he was in a private hosp with his daughter Jess with typhoid fever and he needed $750.
