I replied to the ad online which advertised a free trial of the products on the 30th of January and duly accepted the transport charges of AU$12.16 for the two products to be sent to me. On looking at my statement I now see that on the 23rd of February they have actually used my credit card again to pay for the products. I am utterly devastated as i do not have this sort of money to "throw away". I only replied because it was a "free trial". Is there any way i can get my money back, and also get this company off the internet so they dont do this to too many other people
