I am a Colorado Attorney who was scammed by this guy back in November. I just got a judgment against him in excess of $15,000.00 which included the $228.00 principal plus $14,772.00 in punitive damages plus court costs. I also have secured an arrest warrant out of Arapahoe County. If you have been scammed by this guy, call me, 303 768-0200 x710. I will tell you how I did it and what my plans are to continue to enforce my legal rights, and what you can do as well. This guy has to be stopped and only our persistence will stop him. I understand from other posts that his girlfriend may be involved as well. Beware of Samantha Marie Gallick. His address, and perhaps hers, is 146 Newburn Ave Pittsburgh PA 15227. The guy is a liar, and loves to go back and forth with you by phone and/or text as an attempted cover up to his scams. It's his pretend act that he's surprised and innocent, etc. Call Detective Wade Sarver 412 323-7138, who has served Jessie my lawsuit and knows this guy well. Det Sarver is taking names, as am I. Also, be certain to report the crime to your police department and get an arrest warrant issued. Also file a complaint with Craigs List, and with the FBI. Keep the pressure on.
