Home Phone Bill of $299 After Undisclosed 250 Minute Limit

When switched over from Comcast to AT&T, home phone package had limited minutes of 250 per month and this was never disclosed. This month's bill had HOME PHONE charges of $299.00! On phone now with customer service and if they do not remove charges, I am switching back! Beware!!!
