Promised merchant service business with 350 phone leads and 4000 email blasts. Did not produce the phone leads, sent me a list but have the list was not called and most did not answer. As of Beginning of January the website is not accesibla, neither is my backdoor. There is a big message sayin "You've been scammed". Way they do it is fast talking and not giving person time to think it through saying that it is a one time deal. Tried to get AMerican Express to deny charges, but their people are very good at what they do. Convinced Amex that they had done everything they promised. Have been unable to reach anyone at Fidelity Merchan Solutions in months, all other numbers that I have been given are no longer in service or belong to other companies.
