L have applied for a loan which until this day i did not recieve then they took £69.95 from my account and from that time i have been trying to retrieve it. I was told to write a letter stating cancellation on the envelope, now they are saying i cannot get a refund because it is over six months now and i did not chase them up, i need my money.
