I ordered the product after browsing the internet and first time round did not complete the order. I got an email stating that they would like to help and is there a reason for not completing the order. On the 27 Jan I placed the order and paid by Credit Card and they assured me that they will deliver within 8 days. It is now more than a month later and no sign of my order. I call the number in SA numerous times and the person cannot assist and you will then get an email 24 hours later saying that if you do not receive the product in 6 months they will refund the money. I have reported the matter to the South African Police Service and to my credit card company and even went as far to tell them on the phone that i have done so.
