I signed up for a 3-day trial period on 10/23. I was not satisfied with the service and cancelled the next day. I did not make a copy of the cancellation and they refuse to acknowledge it until 7 days afterwards. Then they claim I owe them $99.00 and charged my credit card for that amount. I accuse them of false advertising, and misleading and deceptive advertising.
