I ordered a dress from Tidebuy for my daughters prom. We received it and it was nothing like the picture on their website. When I received it there were no tags. There were snags on the netting. Had stick-on gems and was cheaply made. I contacted Tidebuy and submitted numerous pictures as they requested. They replied saying it would cost to much for them to send the dress back. Therefore I'm basically stuck with this dress. There website says they have 100 percent satisfactory policy, but this is false. Their website says they must approve any returns.in other words, they don't approve any returns. They should not be operating a business in this manner. There are numerous complaints from other individuals on www.reselleratings.com. They all have the same experience. This website is posting dresses that look elegant. They look like pictures you see in a catalog, but what you get is far from it. They should be prevented from false advertising. They should be fined for not returning defective items. I tried twice now to post a review on the dress we purchased. It never gets posted because once you submit it, they have to approve it before allowing it to post. As a result, they probably only post the good reviews. You would think this has to be illegal.
