I had taken delivery of a trial sample of perfect radiance and revitaderm cream early in February and now find that they have charged a total of NZ$252.00 to my credit card on 18th and 22nd February. I did not authorise this and have sent an email to them today (24th February) asking for an explanation and refund. I am not in a position to afford this and in any case they had no authority to do so. I am a pensioner and am most upset that such a thing can happen. I would appreciate any advice as to what action I might take against this.
