Unauthorized $9.99 Text Alerts Charge on Phone Bill

On my January AT&T bill (and I am told on my upcoming February bill) a $9.99 charge has appeared for "Text Alerts Now", giving the goldpocket website as a contact. These are totally unauthorized, and AT&T is disputing them, but they need to stop showing up as charges.
