SMS/Text Message Complaint Company: Goldpocket.com (Silicon Investment) thru AT&T mobile

My mobile phone bill has (2) unauthorized charges that appeared on this months invoice. Two charges short code 99716 and 60822 for $9.99 each. I want these charges dropped and want assurance that this will not happen again.
