The chages made were just the beginning! To get your information. I bought Target b1g1 cards on 1/13 ocourse I never received them. February 21st someone used my card to purchase something on Ebay for 1224.00 and it is being shipped to the philapeanes. I urge you all to cancel your cards NOW
