I was trying to get a vehicle report and it charged 2.95. When I paid the fee it just took me back to the homepage and did nothing. It wanted me to enter the vin again then it took me to pay again. So now I just checked my account and seen I have an additional $29.95 fee. There was no terms and conditions that stated this and I never received a car report.
