I am writing on behalf of my elderly mother who has continually had problems getting her daily and Sunday newspaper for close to two months now. She may get the paper for 2-3 days in a row, then they will miss her for another 3-4 days. I have contacted Courier-Journal each time she is missing a paper to be told this problem would be handled. I have been told they would report this to their supervisor, circulation, district manager, and last the regional manager.
To this date this problem has not been handled. Regardless if they credit her account, it doesn't help her with having the paper to read which she depends on or she wouldn't be subscribing to begin with. I have done everything I know to do, so now taking steps to get something done myself. Better Business is next. Thanks!
