My internet went down I then received a cal from someone saying that they were from Microsoft and my computer had been hacked.
My computer was then taken over and they scanned my entire files
for 2-3 hours at which time I was asked to pay the $249.99 for anti
hacking which I did do. You cannot contact these people and the support number is not a working number.
