I sent for the aqualift/Vitaderm trial offer. It was supposed to be free except for shipping. I got the items and used them for a week or so and noticed absolutely no change. The advert stated that awoman in her 50s used both products for about 12 days and looked 25. All her wrinkles were gone. If it is supposed to do that I would think I would have noticed something. 1 wrinkle gone? Nope. Then when I went looking for the phone number to call and make sure that they don't charge any more on my card I decided to check my account. $154.98 was charged for one more of each product. When I called and told them to refund my money because I never authorized it, they told me it was n the agreement. I didn't remember any agreement. I must have missed it when I was entering my information. They told me the best they could do was refund $20 and send me some more free product. I don't want the junk, It doesn't work. I want the money they took out of my account. I have bills to pay. They said I didn't cancell within the 14 day trial period so that gave them the right to charge my card. I don't think I've had the stuff that long and even if I was a day or two past that, which I doubt, the agreement I went back to the website to read said we have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund if we aren't satisfied. They refused. The agreement they have is unbelieveable. We aren't even allowed to copy any text off their site without written permission. No copy of their agreement would be convenient for them wouldn't it? I can't see how the things they have in there can be leagal.
