I looked at my babnk statement and there were charges on 2/16 and 2/21 - neither of which I authorized. I asked for proof that I ordered this service and they were unable to provide it to me. They WILL NOT refund my money - I even tried a supervisor - but to no avail. I'm hoping my CC co. Can help... Just know it's is a scam!!!
