I've worked how to cancel membership, profile-settings, premium membership, ignore, scroll to bottom, click here more info, faq page, membership payment/ending, how to end, some info required. Same page click on ending membership online. Now this is where they confuse people. DO NOT click on any more Info takes you in circles. Click on continue ONLY. Pick a reason for cancelling, any question. Continue only! Cancellation form!!! Instructions etc... I know this page is meant for complaints, but I thought this will help out a lot of people.
