I ordered or won an senser coffee machine, but when they wanted a photo or scan of my credit card, front and back, i resisted as i dont have a printer, and was not happy about this so cancelled the request, within 6 hours, but they took the money for the coffee machine plus $54 dollars cancellation fee, how can they take money out of my bank??? I am a pensioner, and cant afford this money, and have nothing but heart ache, to show for this money, i am so upset, and getting quite sick about it all, what can i do please??
