I made a purchase at my local Peebles Store a month ago. At that time they asked if I would like a free magazine sent to my home as a courtesy of the store. Of course I said yes... My bank account was recently charged $40.00 that I did not authorize. I am angry. This is fraud, deception and thievery under the guise of a gift. I fault Peebles for participating in this scam and BMS along with them... I would like to see Peebles and BMC made accountable for their actions... I as many of Peebles' shoppers am retired, on a fixed income and find this behavior reprehensible. Thank you. Barbara Friebel
