I ordered a packet of Lean Ultra 60's in November and paid a one off £10-95! This was NOT a TRIAL period, for them at a cheaper rate of £3-95, like ive heard some people have bought! This didnt state any "trial" nor did it say i would be getting anymore sent to me! I got them in November, then never heard anything else from them, nor received anthing else, which i wasnt expecting anyway, as it was supposedly a one off!!! Then just recently in Feb, i missed the post and had a letter saying i have a packet to pick up at the post office, which i havent got yet. (I thought it must be something sent from a relative, as i wasnt expecting owt else!) But today my friend checked their bank account (cos i paid my original one off £10-95, on their account, even though the item was billed to me and my address!) and it said £57 had been taken out in Jan and £67 in Feb!!! How the hell can they do that on someone elses account when it was me who ordered it for myself at my own address! And how can they take that amount, when i hadnt had anything delivered, until my recent missed parcel, which i presume must be more pills!!! And where are they getting these prices from??? And how can this happen in the first place, as i never signed up for any trial, (as i know they can send you more on these trial type sales) but mine never stated anything, and it was full price of £10-95 not £3-95!!! Ime absolutely livid!!! How are they getting away with this! Theyve got £135 out of me so far (well actually out of my friend account!) and all i have to show is 1 packet of pills, plus whatever else there is in that parcel, that i still have to pick up!!! I want to return them and get a refund, but ime scared if i return them and they dont refund me, they can then re-sell them on again!!! I wouldnt dare try the pills now, as if they can do this to their customers, what the hell could be in the pills???!!! Please can someone advise me? Thanks Carol
