I ordered a free trail of this product ivorywhite and to pay shipping. Amount 1.03. Plus 3.87 that i was told by Joe that was a process fee. This is on 2/7. On 2/21 they took 78.41 with out my knowledge. When speaking to Joe he said no refund when asked to speak with a supervisor or manager said there is not one. I find this company to be a big ripoff and would like my 78.41 retuned and this should be known to the public that this is what this company dose
