I ordered a pair of Tori burch boots. It said free shipping and 10% off. On the 13th I got a confirmation email. I cannot find a phone number or any information to get a hold of anyone. The money has been taken out of my account and it's been over 2 wks. I just want my money back and to report this site. Can anyone help?
