I ordeded a sample on facebook and did not see any small print-they have taken over three hundred pounds from my account without my consent. My bank managed to get the £150 they took in january but despite sending all the goods they sent in december back i have not had any more money refunded. I have proof of posting all those not ordered items being sent back but have not had the full amount put back in my account. I am totally disgusted because i am a pensioner and cannot afford to lose this amount of money. Please help-thank you
