I applied to receive a free sample of the serum advertised through Facebook. I received the sample after paying £5.98 P&P. I then realised on my December bank statement that a company had taken amounts of £96.59out of my account without authorisation. After investigation I discovered that it was the above named company. I had to inform my bank, cancel my card and fill out a claim form to try and get the money refunded. I have tried to telephone the company only to be left on hold for up to 20 minutes at a time so gave up waiting. This is a TOTAL SCAM!!! And the company need to be held accountable for what they are doing to people as they are advertising a FREE sample. I am totally disgusted and very upset by this as I don't earn a lot of money and this is a huge amount to lose especially at this time of year. This going on for 3 month, send 4 register to them to stop fax 4 letter to bank. Non of them very helpful.
