I called the carpet company on the 6th of February to clean the carpets in my house. They advertised a satisfaction guarentee and for $50 would clean 3 rooms and the hall. Upon arrival I noticed they were in an unmarked van and the the equipment was not much better than you rent at home depot. The fellow inspected the area then talked me into a "deep cleaning which cost another $35 dollars. I also asked for the carpets to be scotched guarded at an additional $8. He then excused himself to go to the store and buy chemicals. You have got to be kidding. You don't show up at a worksite unprepared. I am also not convinced he scotch guareded at all. I inspected when the guy finished telling him there were still spots and he said, "those will brighten up after the carpet is dry." The next day I was still not pleased so I called the company and scheduled for a return visit. We were scheduled for the 9th of February at two oclock. At 4:00 they still had not called or showed so I called them. The man said I was mistaken and that I was scheduled for the the 10th. So I moved my furniture back to the room again. It is the only place for our family to watch TV together. The next day I moved the furniture back out only to find the company did not show agian. I have called everyday since. I keep getting the run around. They told me the man in charge is named Dan. I have asked to speak to him but he is always either out of town or not in the office. I asked if there was another number to call and was given a number that again no one answered and the recording was the voice of the same woman that gave me the second number. I called back and she took another message form me. The next day I called and she said that I was scheduled for the 20th at 1:00. It is now 3:15 and they are still not here. I have called but to satisfaction. I can not and will not give a good reference for these people.
