Made several phone calls to Amerigas for over two weeks to credit my account for $100.00 due in October. Kept on hold over 15 minutes each time, refused to allow me to speak with a supervisor.
In meantime, I attempted to pay for another propane fill.in one week the propane price jumped from $180.00 to $250.00! That is price gauging! I already had a $375.00 credit on the account.
The $250.00 I had to pay is in addition to that credit. A total of over $600.00 for my propane, which is only a 1/2 fill.
I paid $250.00 on Monday, Feb. 13th. Told Jeff I am LESS THAN 10% propane, need a fill ASAP. As of Feb. 19th, I still have no propane, my house has been at 50 degrees for over one week!
I EXPECT A FULL REFUND FOR $350.00 ISSUED TO ME IMMEDIATELY! That is the poorest customer service ever! I am cold, sick, disgusted with this firm!
